I had a deep tissue massage by Lisa yesterday. I have issues now and then with my lower back and it had started tweaking for a few days so I made a last minute appointment. I came out and the pain had virtually gone! Woke up this morning pain free. Lisa offered advice on sleeping position and daily stretches. She found all problem areas and worked out the knots.

The treatment can get uncomfortable working out your problem areas but I wouldn’t call it painful. If you’re after a relaxing, soothing massage, go to a beauty salon, if you want healing, come here! I’ll be returning! Thanks Lisa.
